Order Info

Please make sure your email address is correct before completing your order as this is the only way in which we can contact you about any issues with your order.

Free Next Busines Day Delivery is offered to postcode W1, SW19, KT3, and; KT4 for orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday.

 

All other orders are processed at 10 am Monday to Friday and all orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Depending on the size of the order we will use Royal Mail, DPD courier service, or Parcelforce courier service.
 

In the event of items being out of stock you have two options:

1. Substitute for a similar item

If any of the items in your order are not available our experienced staff will provide an alternative item, usually a different brand or slightly different size. If the replacement item is cheaper a partial refund will be provided. If we are unable to offer you an alternative item the original item will be removed from your order.

2. Remove item from order

You can choose unavailable items to be removed from your order and the cost of that item will be refunded to you in full. The rest of your order will then be dispatched in accordance with our dispatch guidance above. If more than half of your ordered items are unavailable we will let you know as you may wish to cancel the whole order for a full refund.

Cancel or Amend Your Order
 

You can cancel or amend your order any time before it is dispatched please contact us by phone 020 3987 5570 or by email at email@goldensquaremart.co.uk. If you want to add items to your order please place a separate order via the website.

 

Returning Unwanted Items
 

The UK Consumer Contracts Regulations allow you to return any item within 14 days of
receiving delivery of your order. Please note you will have to pay the cost of postage
when returning items, unless the item is damaged, or was sent in error. 

This policy does not cover the following items:

  • Items that have been opened or the seal has been broken,

  • Perishable items (such as chilled, bakery or vegetable items),

  • Items must be returned in a pristine and resalable condition. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that items arrived damaged please accept our apologies and contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange a refund or a replacement item.

  • Missing or Incorrect Items: If you find that any items are missing, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange either a full refund or to deliver the missing items. If you have received an incorrect item, please check your delivery note as we may have provided a substitute item. If this is not the case, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange either a full refund or to deliver the correct item. We may ask you to return the incorrect item. If this is the case we will refund you any return postage costs.
